1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 & 2/3 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O and cream cheese in boiling water, stirring with fork. Cool until it begins to thicken. Add the crushed pineapple.
