1 c. butter
1½ c. brown sugar
1½ c. white sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. baking soda
1½ tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. chocolate chips (or any kind)

Directions:
Cream butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to cream mixture. Stir in chips. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes.
