2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
2 eggs
tbsp.. vanilla
1 #2 can crushed pineapple

Icing:
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 stick of margarine
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into bowl, then beat in pineapple, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Icing:
Heat sugar, milk and margarine until boiling. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Return to heat and boil two or three minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over cake.
