Mix together cake mix, oil, and eggs. Batter will be stiff as in cookie dough.

Take a teaspoonful of dough, place one Rolo candy inside it and shape into round ball between palms.

Place on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to cool 5-10 minutes in pan before placing on cooling rack.

No frosting is necessary with these cookies. The candy Rolo will create a soft, chewy center in the cookie.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Jenny always made these around the holidays, and I finally asked her for the recipe.
I didn't realize how easy they are to make.

I don't know if she still makes them, as she has gone on to make candy during the holidays.
