1 cup chicken cut into peices 1/2 lb snow peas 1/2 c. sliced bamboo shoots 1/2 c. sliced celery 1/2 c. chopped green onion 2 tbsp. peanut oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup chicken broth 2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. water
Bring oil to sizzling point. Add chicken and toss for 1 minute. Add snow peas, bamboo, celery, onions, salt, soy sauce and toss and cook 1 minute on high heat. Add broth, cover and cook on high heat for 3 minutes. Add cornstarch mixed with water and stir until sauce thickens.
