1 beef brisket 1 pkg dry onion soup 3 tbsp water 1 c. brown sugar 2 c. red wine 3 slices raw onion
Put brisket in dutch oven and sprinkle with soup mix and water. Bake uncovered in 300 oven for 2 hours. Mix brown sugar and wine. Pour over meat and add onion. Cover and cook 2 more hours. Let cool and eat or store in refridgerator. Skim all the fat from top and slice thin.
