18 oz sugar cookie dough
1/3 c sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
Fruit slices
Peach or apricot jam and 1 tbsp water to brush on fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Slice dough 1/8 in and line 14 in pizza pan with slices, overlapping slightly and press to cover pan. Bake 375 for 12 min. Blend soft cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread on cooled cookie crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer. Circle with blueberries iin center if desired. Glaze with the preserve mixture. Chill. May use any fruit you desire.
