1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks oleo
1 c. Mazola oil

2 eggs
½ t. coconut extract
½ t. almond extract

4½ c. flour
1 t. soda
1 t. cream of tartar
½ t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients. Add eggs and extracts. Beat well. Add dry ingredients. Mix well.
Chill dough in the refrigerator. Make walnut-sized balls.
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Place the balls on the cookie sheet. Press (flatten) with a fork.
Bake 12-15 minutes in a 350º oven. Watch closely.
