2 pkg. yeast
6 T. sugar
6 T. melted shortening
1 T. salt
2 c.flour
Enough wheat flour(up to 4 c.) for remainder of flour
2 c. lukewarm water

Combine yeast , water , sugar.
Mix let yeast dissolve.
Add shortening, salt. Stir.
Add flour white first then wheat.
Til bread dough consistency.
Let rise. Double. Punch down.
Make rolls. Place on greased pan and let rise to double.
Bake 350 til golden brown.
