1 pkg yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs, sl. beaten
1/2 c. marg. softened
1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
6 to 7 c. whole wheat blend flour

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add sugar and salt.
Add eggs and mashed potatoes mixing well between each addition.
Add 1/2 the flour and mix well.Add remaining 2 c. at a time.
Knead a little.
place in a greased bowl.
Also grease top of dough.
Cover with damp cloth.
Let rise til double in size.Punch down.
Shape into rolls let rise and bake at 420 til brown
