Ingredients:  
Elk meat cut in small pieces and well beaten
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Mushroom soup
Oil
Sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with garlic salt or powder , salt and pepper.Foll in flour to cover well.
Brown in oil in skillet. Both sides.
Layer in baking pan with mushroom soup and mushrooms.
Bake 350 approx 1 hr.
