3 cups all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold butter or margarine ,cut up
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup sour cream
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients;cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.Combine milk and next 4 ingredients;add to dry ingredients,stirring with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened.Turn dough onto floured surface;Knead 3 or 4 times.Roll to 1/2 inch thickness;cut with a 1 1/2 inch biscuit cutter,and place on lightly greased baking sheets.Bake at 450 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes.
