1 small buttercup or other winter squash(1pd.)
1/2 c. chopped tart cooking apples
2 tsp. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. marg.softened
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp.ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.Cut squash in half, remove seeds and fibers.
Place squash cut side up in uncreased baking dish 11x7x1 1/2 in..
Mix remaining ingred. spoon into squash halves.
Cover and bake 30 to 40 min. or until squash is tender.
