1 stick marg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes put in baking pan.
Mix together butter or marg, melted , milk, flour, salt and pepper.
pour over potatoes mix well.
Do not cover
bake 350 til potatoes are tender
