1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 T. marg.
2 T. flour
1 can (no.2)(3 1/2 c.)tomatoes
3 slices bread toasted
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 tsp.mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery and onion in marg. until tender.
Blend in flour.Butter toast Cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
In 1 1/2 qt. casserole combine the onion celery mixture with tomatoes and half the bread cubes.Add the sugar and seasonings.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.

Top with remaining bread cubes and bake another 20 min.
