9 c. flour
1 T salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. baking powder
1 T. Cream of tartar
1 1/3 c. shortening or soft marg.

Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingred. together two times to mix thoroughly.
Cut in shortening or marg.until it is like a coarse meal.
Keep in covered container.


To MIX:::
Use scant c. milk to 2 c. mix.
Turn out on floured board and knead a few times .Pat out and cut .Place on greased pan and bake 425 til brown
