2 cups baking mix 2/3 cup water 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pre-Heat oven to 450°. Combine-baking mix water, and cheese until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minuets until golden brown. Melt butter and add garlic powder. Brush tops of biscuits. Bake 1 more minuet.
