1 lbs. ground chuck
lb. lean veal
lb. pork shoulder
1 medium onion, diced or equivalent
1 egg
c. cold water
c. milk
1 T. butter, melted
salt, pepper & allspice to taste
1 c. plain breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and form meatballs. Can be pan fried or put in oven to cook.
