1½ lbs. – ground chuck ½ lb. – lean veal ½ lb. – pork shoulder 1 medium – onion, diced or equivalent 1 – egg ¼ c. – cold water ¾ c. – milk 1 T. – butter, melted salt, pepper & allspice to taste 1 c. – plain breadcrumbs
Combine all ingredients together and form meatballs. Can be pan fried or put in oven to cook.
