1 1/2 lbs medium shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
3/4 lb feta cheese, rinsed, patted dry and crumbled
4-6 whole green onions, chopped
2 T fresh oregano (2 tsps dried)
4-5 tomatoes, peeled, cored, seeded and chopped (IMPORTANT: use fresh, homegrown good tasting tomatoes)
10-12 pitted black olives, sliced or chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
10 oz package pasta (angle hair is a good choice)

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except pasta. Let stand at toom temperature for a least 1 hour. Cook pasta, drain and add to shrimp mixture. Toss and serve immediately.
