1/2 cup light vegetable oil
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar (or just plain white vinegar works)
2 tbsp soy sauce (I used light soy)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp chopped garlic

Directions:

Mix all together. I put it over mixed greens, basil, mint cooked linguini (below the greens), roasted red bell pepper, and then pick your meat/seafood of choice.
