2 lb. hamburger
1 c. salsa
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 pkg. taco seasoning
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. tortillas
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef. Stir in salsa, tomato sauce and seasoning. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs and oregano. Line a 9x13 greased pan with tortillas. Top with 1/2 of meat mixture. Spoon cottage cheese mixture over meat. Add another layer of tortillas and remaining meat. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
