Press 1 tube of rolls in ungreased 9x13 pan. Mix cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth. Spread over rolls in pan and cover with second tube of rolls. Sprinkle top with 1/4 c. sugar mixed with 3/4 tsp. cinnamon. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350º.
