1 box super moist or deluxe yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz) can of mandarin oranges with juices
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil

1 small pkg sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 large can of crushed pineapple with juices
1 (8 oz) tub fat free Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, oranges, eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. When cake is cool, mix pudding, pineapple and cool whip until well blended. Spread over cake. Refrigerate until time to serve.
