Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1 stick margarine
1 cup nuts
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
cup confectioners sugar
1 large container Cool Whip
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
3 cups cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, margarine and nuts and put in 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Let cool. Meanwhile, blend together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 cup cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix instant pudding with cold milk and pour over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cool whip. Chill before serving.
