1 large can crused pineapple in own juices
1 small box pistachio pudding, sugar free
1 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup Cool Whip, fat free

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapples with juice, pudding, cheese and then coolwhip. Refrigerate. Top with cherry. Makes 8 servings.
