1 cup butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. almond extract
2 cups flour
2 cups toasted pecans (put in oven for 3-7 min. @ 350º , cool)
6 heaping Tbsp. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar, mix till light and fluffy. Add vanilla, almond extract, flour and nuts.
Make ball. Put in oven on top rack bake at 375º for 15-17 min.
While still warm, roll in powdered sugar, cool completely before storing.
