2 hog's heads or equvilent lean meat
5 boxes of seedless raisins
3 lbs dried peaches
3 lbs dried apples
1 box ground cinnamon
1 box allspice
3 cups sugar
1/3 cup vinegar

Cook the meat, bone out and grind up. Mix with the spices and fruit and mix well. Heat mixture to rolling boil and pack in stirle jars, seal and pressure can for 1 hour at 10 lbs.

Use good judgement for this one. Recipe was vague in Mumus's cook book. I tried this and turned out some of the best mincemeat I have ever had. Anytime you can meat you must use caution. Be sure everything is stirle and clean.
