Pastry shell for 9 inch double crust
1 1/2 lbs. cooked and coarse mashed yams
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water from the cooked yams
1 cup crushed pineapple
3 tbsp flour blended with 1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter

Directions:

Place crust in a 2 inch deep glass baking dish. Mix ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Bake until crust is done and golden brown.
