1 roll 16.5 oz. Pillsbury refrigerated chocolate chip cookies or any chocolate chip cookie recipe
18 large marshmallows (cut in halves)
chocolate for melting
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chocolate chip cookies. When removing from oven place one marshmallow half onto each cookie while still hot. Place back in oven 1-2 minutes until marshmallow begins to puff up. Cool 2 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool. Slightly flatten marshmallow with finger. Melt chocolate as directed on package. Spoon chocolate over marshmallow nearly covering. Let stand to completely cool. Store with wax paper between layers
