1 c. grits
1 1/2 c.shredded cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs well beaten
garlic to taste
1/2 tsp Cayenne seasoning (optional)
1 can green chili's(optional but I use them)
1 sm onion chopped
1 ring sausage diagonal sliced




Directions:
Directions:
Prepare grits as directed.
Stir in all ingred. one at a time. Except sausage.
Cook over low heat until cheese melted.
Add sausage slices. Mix well.
Pout into 2 quart casserole dish greased.
Bake 350 degrees 1 hr.
