Ingredients:  
1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
2 T. sweet pickle relish
2 T. vinegar
1 T. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. diced cooked potatoes or 2 16oz. cans potatoes drained and sliced.
1/2 pkg. franks bias sliced into 1 inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In med. skillet combine soup, milk, relish, vinegar, onion, salt and pepper(dash).
Cook and stir til boiling.
Stir in potatoes and franks.
Heat Top with snipped parsley
