trim excess fat from meat, cut int serving size pieces.
Slash edges to prevent curling.
Combine flour, mustard, salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper.
Use to coat Meat.
Reserve remaining flour mixture.
In skillet brown meat on both sides in oil.
Push meat to one side, pour in remaining flour mixture.
Combine 1/2 water with woo sauce and stir into skillet.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Reduce heat and cover and simmer meat in gravy 1 to 1 1/2 hrs til tender.
Serve with creamed potatoes and veg.
