2/3 cup raisins,1/3 cup orange juice,2 1/4 cups chicken broth,1 box couscous, 2 cups peas, 1 cup carrots,1 cup chopped red pepper,2/3 cup pine nuts,1/3 cup red wine vinegar,1/2 cup olive oil, 1 tsp turmeric, 3 tsp curry powder,
1 tsp djon mustard, salt and pepper

SOAK: 2/3 cups raisins in 1/3 cup orange juice
BOIL: 2/14 cups chicken broth
POUR IN: 1 box couscous
cover couscous and chicken broth let soak for 5 minutes. Fluff couscous and add 2 cups peas, 1 cup carrots, 1 cup red pepper chopped, 2/3 cups pine nuts, raisons (drained save orange juice),
1 1/2 cups green onions.
CURRY DRESSING: blend together and add to rest
1/3 cup red wine vinegar, 1/2 cup olive oil, juice from raisins, 1 tsp turmeric, 3 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp dijon, mustard, salt and pepper to taste
