1 cup mince meat
4 egg yolks or 2 whole eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup (one stick) butter
1 can pet milk
pinch of salt
dash of vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into two 9 inch pie shells. Bake in oven for 1 hourapprox. at 375 degrees. You may want to put aluminum foil apron on edge of crust for the first 30 minutes to keep it from burning.
