1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Directions:

Mix well in double boiler. Cook until thick, about 25 minutes. Serve over ice cream, cake or pudding.
