1 ¼ c sifted all-purpose flour
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
½ c shortening
½ c sugar
½ c molasses
2 eggs
1 ½ c quick oats
1 c raisins
1 c nuts

Directions:

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices into bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended.
