3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup splenda or sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Topping:
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar or splenda
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together all ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 325F for 40 to 50 minutes. Let set 20 minutes (top will crack). Meanwhile, mix together 1 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 Tbsp. sugar or splenda, 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Spread on top of cake and bake 10 minutes longer.
