"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
Unwrap Hershey kisses and set aside in a bowl. Preheat oven to 400º. Slice cookie dough into 1/4 inch slices and then quarter each slice. Place one quarter into the greased cup of a mini-muffin pan. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes. Place muffin pan on a cookie rack for one minute to cool slightly. Then add one Hershey kiss in the middle of each cookie. Let cool for another two minutes and take out of the muffin pan.
This is a kid friendly recipe. It's easy for them to help.
Variations: Try different flavor Hershey kisses and different kinds of cookie dough for variations.
