1/2 c, butter
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. almond extract
4 c. powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 350. Lightly grease 9x13 pan. Melt butter. Empty cake mix into large bowl, add butter and one egg, stir. Press this into 9x13 pan. Mix cream cheese, extract, sugar, and remaining eggs with electric mixer for three minutes on medium speed. Spread over top of cake mix in pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown on top. Allow to cool and dust LIGHTLY with powder sugar. (This cake should be gooey, DO NOT OVERBAKE!)

Brian discovered this on a business trip to St. Louis. Everyone makes it there and they couldn't believe he had never had it! It is now one of Austin's favorites!
