2 c. cooked rice
3-4 eggs
2-3 c. milk (small casserole dish about 2/3 full)
1/2 c. sugar
tsp. vanilla
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Stir above in dish and sprinkle with cinnamon to cover. Bake at 300 about 1 hour or until set.
