3 qts. sliced cucumber
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp tumeric
1 cup water
2 cups vinegar
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Fill some sterile jars with cucumber. Heat brine to a boil and pour over the pickles. Be sure filled to within 1/2 inch from top with brine. Spread around brine evenly and top off with boiling water. Seal jars and cook in hot water bath for about 5 minutes.
