1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. whole thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. whole rosemary
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
1/8 tsp. whole marjoram
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
4 large boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix butter and all seasonings except parsley. Dip chicken breasts in butter. Place chicken, edges tucked under, in greased baking dish. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until done. Bast occasionally with butter sauce. Garnish with parsley.

If you use a Forman grill, delete butter. Coat chicken with mixed seasoning and follow grill instructions for grilling.

Substitutions for seasoning:
1 tsp. dry onion instead of grated onion
1/8 tsp. minced garlic instead of garlic clove
