1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound can of fruit cocktail undrained
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs sugar until fluffy. Add dry ingredients.Mix in fruit cocktail and vanilla. Spread in a greased and floured 15x10x1" pan Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool and frost if desired. Enjoy!
