4 - 6 chicken breasts, cooked 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1/3 c. chicken broth 1 tube Ritz Crackers 1/4 c. butter
Cube cooked chicken breasts and spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine soup, sour cream, and chicken broth. Pour over chicken. Top with crushed Ritz Crackers and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes uncovered. You may also add broccoli or asparagus.
