1 T. olive oil 4 lg. yams peeled and cubed 2 T. dark brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 450.
Coat 9x12 in. glass dish with oil. Place in oven 5 min. Place yams in dish and bake 25 min. tossing often til well browned. Remove from oven. Combine rest of ingred. and sprinkle over yams. Toss and serve
