olive oil
2 onions
red pepper flakes
4-6 garlic cloves
1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrroms
basil, Italian parsley
2 large cans tomatoe sauce
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 large can tomatoe puree
1 1/2 - 2 pounds ground meat
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large stock pot saute onion, red pepper flakes, 2-3 cloves garlic, Saute until golden. Add tomatoe sauce, tomatoes & puree, then add chopped basil & parsley.
Mean while saute onion, mushrooms, red pepper flakes & garlic in fry pan, add ground meat & brown. When browned add to tomatoe sause pot. Bring to a boil then simmer all day, adding water if needed. Stir alot!
Pinch of sugar if you want.
