graded ramano cheese
3 bacon slices
1 1/2 quarts spinach
2 cups mushrooms slices
1 cup sliced red onion rings
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked & drained
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/2 cup cheese & crumbled bacon slices,
layor spinach, cheese & bacon, mushrooms, onions, peas & layor again.
Mix mayo & sour cream, spread mix over salad as a lid & then sprinkle cheese over top.
refergerate 1 night or at least four hours.
