potatoes - sliced thin
salmon
mushrooms
parchment paper
oil
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-cook sliced potatoes & spinach so they will be fork tender
Oil parchment paper on both sides
Layor (on one side of parchement paper fold) then salt & pepper each layor as you go:
spinach
potatoes - sliced thin
salmon
mushrooms

squeeze with fresh lemon & dot with butter
wrap each with parchemnt paper & bake 20 min. at 400
