3 eggs beaten
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients except vanilla to sauce pan and bring to slow simmer. Simmer for a few minutes and remove from stove. Add vanilla. Good chilled and served over pound cake.
