16 oz. cream cheese softened 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 24 vanilla wafers 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
Beat 1st 5 ingredients until light and fluffy. Line small muffin tins with paper baking cups and place vanilla wafer in bottem of each. Fill cups 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake in 375 oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Top with filling.
